New Delhi (thestates.news)| Senior officers of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India, undertook a two-day Area Officer visit to Manipur from 8 to 10 September 2026 to monitor the implementation and progress of various ongoing rural development schemes in Bishnupur and Churachandpur districts. The visit was led by the Central Government’s State Nodal Area Officer for MoRD schemes in Manipur, Shri Altaf Hussain Haji, Deputy Director General, MoRD, along with Shri Rajesh Kumar, Deputy Director, MoRD New Delhi .(S-PIB)
