Chief Minister praised specially-abled children’s performance of State Song
Raipur (the states. news) Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the fifth multipurpose school of the state near village Pendri of Janjgir today. This beautiful and magnificent school will provide various kinds of education to the specially-abled children in the district. On the occasion, Chief Minister praised the melodious performance of State Song ‘Arpa Pairi Ke Dhaar, Mahanadi He Apaar’ by specially-abled children. It is the result of Chief Minister’s vision that this highly equipped multipurpose school will empower the specially-abled children and make them independent. Chief Minister also got photos clicked with NCC and Scout Guides in the school premise.
On this
occasion, Speaker of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Dr. Charan Das Mahant,
Minister of Health and Family Welfare and Minister in-charge of Janjgir-Champa
District Mr. TS Singhdeo, Chandrapur MLA Mr. Ramkumar Yadav, Collector Mr.
Yashwant Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Mrs. Parul Mathur, Local Public
representatives, teachers and students, NCC cadets and Scout Guides were
present.
It is
noteworthy that in this multipurpose school, up to 50 children would have
access to primary education in various disciplines. Special type of education
is provided for people with multiple disabilities. It is the fifth
multipurpose-school school in the state. Classes from the first to the fifth
standard will be conducted here. Each class would have 10 students. In this way
a total of 50 students will be able to take admission in the school. This
high-level multipurpose-school school building has been constructed at a cost
of Rs.26 million. It has principal room, administrative room, kitchen, dining
hall, cultural hall, bedroom and 08 class rooms. This school is fully
