Chief Minister extends greetings to all the Teachers and Citizens of the State on Teacher’s Day
Raipur (thestates.news) | Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today paid tribute to former President and Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary by offering flowers to his portrait at his residence office. On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, the Chief Minister extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all the teachers of the state. He also took a moment to remember all his teachers.
On this occasion, Chief Minister said that Dr. Radhakrishnan’s birthday is celebrated nationwide as Teacher’s Day. He acknowledged Dr. Radhakrishnan as a great philosopher and educator whose contributions to advancing education in the country are unparalleled. Reflecting on his own life, Chief Minister said, “Whatever I have achieved in life, my teachers have played a significant role in it. At every stage of my life, I have received the blessings of my teachers. Teachers prepare us to navigate through the challenges of life and guide us in the right direction.”
Chief Minister further emphasized that teachers play a vital role in shaping students into good citizens by instilling high moral values. He expressed confidence that by following in the footsteps of Dr. Radhakrishnan, teachers will continue to play a crucial role in guiding the nation and society in a positive direction.
