Raipur (The States. news) In a bid to boost eco-tourism, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel on Wednesday virtually inaugurated the eco-learning center built around Dudhawa Dam in North Bastar Kanker and eco-tourism site built near Kodar Reservoir in Mahasamund district.
Congratulating the forest management committee of the area concerned for developing a beautiful tourist spot near the reservoir amidst the forest area, Chief Minister said that this would also boost employment opportunities for locals. The tourists here will be able to have a memorable and satisfying nature-based tourism experience at these newly developed eco-tourism spots. Besides, this will also raise awareness among the tourists regarding environmental conservation and allow them to gain knowledge regarding wildlife and biodiversity.(uni)
