Mumbai (Thestates.news) | Anil Arora, father of model-actress Malaika Arora, was found dead after he allegedly jumped off the 6th floor of his residential building in Mumbai’s Bandra area on Wednesday morning, police said. Arora, 65, a retired Merchant Navy employee, is suspected to have died by suicide. No suicide note has been found so far, police said.
The actress was in Pune when the alleged suicide took place, police said. Malaika’s ex-husband Arbaz Khan too rushed to the spot. Deputy Commissioner of Police Raj Tilka Roshan said experts from Kalina Forensic Laboratory and other top police officials have collected evidence from the crime scene. Malaika’s parents had divorced when she was 11. (UNI)
