Raipur (thestates.news) | Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai met the 2025 batch of trainee Deputy Collectors of the Chhattisgarh State Administrative Service today at the Chief Minister’s Residence Office in Raipur. Extending his best wishes to the newly selected officers for their future administrative responsibilities, he said that while being selected for administrative service is an achievement, true success lies in using the position to serve the people, strengthen good governance and ensure that the benefits of government welfare schemes reach the last person in society.

Chief Minister Shri Sai further said that administrative officers serve as the most vital link between the government and the people. Their decisions, conduct and work culture shape public confidence in governance. He, therefore, urged the officers to make sensitivity, transparency, honesty and accountability the guiding principles of their professional lives. Stressing the importance of grassroots governance, Shri Sai said that officers must understand local realities and the expectations of citizens. When people’s grievances are heard with empathy and resolved in a time-bound manner, public trust in the administration naturally grows stronger.
