Jagdalpur , (thestates.news ) Election campaign for Chitrakot assembly by-election has got underway. BJP candidate Lachhu Ram Kashyap will file his nomination paper on September 30 in presence of senior BJP leaders including Union Minister of State Renuka Singh, former Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, BJP State President Vikra Usenadi, Leader of Opposition in Chhattisgarh Assembly Dharamlal Kaushik, State Organising Secretary
Pawan Sai, formers Minister Kedar Kashyap, Mahesh Gagda, party office bearers. A public meeting will be held prior to filing nomination paper. After public meeting, he will offer prayer at Mai Danteshwari Mandir. Subsequently a rally will be taken out at 11 am in the morning. The rally will pass through main roads in the city on way to Collectorate where Kashyap will file his nomination paper.
