Chhattisgarh achieves grand success in the field of rural tourism

Raipur, (thestates.news) | On the occasion of World Tourism Day, Saroda Dadar village of Chhattisgarh was honored in the silver category of the best village under the Best Tourism Village competition in a program organized at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The state of Chhattisgarh is capable of providing excellent service to tourists with picturesque destinations, tourism innovations, and tourism development activities. Chhattisgarh has been playing a very significant role in developing the concepts of rural tourism, sustainable tourism, and responsible tourism.

Saroda Dadar has carved a new identity at the national level in the field of rural tourism. Dr. Shubhada Chaturvedi, Nodal Officer, Rural Tourism, and Shri Mangal Singh Dhurve, Saroda Dadar Village received the award on behalf of Chhattisgarh Tourism. On this occasion, Ms. Kumud Mishra and the important associate of Saroda village’s Best Tourism Village Project, Mr. Krishna Kevat, were also present.
