Addressing the foundation day celebrations of Maratha Seva Sangh organized in the capital Raipur today, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said that Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha have a very old and rooted relationship. Geographically, politically as well as at the social level. The people of Chhattisgarh have a bread-daughter relationship with Maharashtra. He further assured that this relationship will get even stronger in the future.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel announced the beautification of the ‘Samadhi Sthal’ of former Maratha ruler of Chhattisgarh Shri Bimbhaji Rao Bhosale situated in Narra village of Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh. He said that this monument is in a dilapidated condition. Its beautification will be done according to the reputation of the great ruler. On the demand of providing land for the social building of Maratha Sangh, the Chief Minister said that like other Communities, Maratha Sevak Sangh would also be provided land at 10 percent price of collector guideline rate.
