Raipur (thestates.news) | On the occasion of Chhattisgarh State Foundation Day, all the district headquarters and major towns across the state will be illuminated with lamps on November 1st. The General Administration Department, Raipur, has issued a circular to all the district collectors, instructing them to ensure that citizens are encouraged to light lamps at their homes in observance of the State Foundation Day.
