Raipur,(Thestates.news) | Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai extended his greetings and best wishes to the people of Chhattisgarh on the occasion of Lord Jagannath’s Rath Yatra. He prayed to Lord Jagannath for all citizens’ peace, happiness, prosperity, and well-being. In his message on the eve of the Rath Yatra, Shri Sai stated that the Rath Yatra is organised at various locations across India, including Lord Jagannath’s abode in Puri. He emphasised that this festival symbolises India’s strong cultural unity and harmony.
The Chief Minister shared that the people of Chhattisgarh have had deep faith in Lord Jagannath since ancient times. He mentioned that, along with the Utkal community, all Chhattisgarh residents annually participate in the Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath, his brother Balabhadra, and his sister Devi Subhadra with devotion and reverence.
