Kalinga University Hosts Transformative Masterclass to Bridge the Gap with Gen Z
Raipur (thestates.news)| Kalinga University, through its Career & Corporate Resource Center (CCRC), successfully organized an impactful Masterclass titled Crack the Code: Gen Z Connection Guide for Teachers & Parents , at its state-of-the-art Auditorium. The day-long event brought together parents, educators, and professionals, offering them valuable insights and practical tools to foster stronger connections with the younger generation.
The program began with an inspiring address by Mr. Pankaj Tiwari, Director of CCRC, Kalinga University, who underscored the critical need for understanding Gen Z’s unique characteristics and challenges. Setting the stage for an engaging day, he highlighted the importance of bridging generational gaps and nurturing empathetic connections. The event was further enriched by the presence of the Guest of Honour, Mrs. Anjali Yadav, Director of Training and Academics at Shri Davara University, Raipur, who shared her profound insights, adding depth to the discussions.
The Masterclass was expertly led by Dr. Sunayana Shukla, an ICF-certified coach and NLP practitioner. Dr. Shukla’s sessions provided attendees with a comprehensive understanding of child psychology, delving into the developmental stages and emotional needs of Gen Z. Participants explored strategies for managing screen time, ensuring a healthy balance between online and offline activities. Another key focus was on fostering holistic growth through activities that encourage both creative and logical thinking, emphasizing the importance of balanced brain development.
