Raipur (thestates.news) | The tribal-dominated Bastar and Surguja regions in Chhattisgarh are blessed with abundant natural beauty and resources. With the aim of promoting the state’s natural scenic beauty and historical heritage on a global level, the state government, under the special initiative of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, is dedicatedly working towards boosting tourism in these regions.
In line with this objective, the ‘Dekho Bastar Season 2 – Bastar on Bike’ a motorcycle touring event was organized in Bastar from June 18 to June 19, with the participation of 60 riders from Chhattisgarh and neighbouring states. The event received support from the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, Bastar district administration, and local partner organizations. Bastar MP Shri Deepak Baij graced the closing ceremony, where he appreciated the unparalleled natural beauty and cultural heritage of Bastar, urging the riders to promote Bastar on the world stage.
