Raipur (thestates.news) | The first meeting of the apex committee of the task force constituted for the effective implementation of the Forest Rights Act (FRA) and the Panchayats (Extension to Scheduled Areas) Act (PESA) was held at Mahanadi Bhawan on August 5 under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai. The meeting reviewed strategies to ensure effective implementation of both laws at the grassroots level and promote comprehensive and sustainable development in the Scheduled Areas of Chhattisgarh.
