New Delhi (thestates.news)| Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge will not be travelling to Haryana to address election rallies as he has been advised rest by doctors, party sources said here on Monday. Kharge was scheduled to address two public meetings in Ambala City and Gharaunda in Haryana on Monday. The party said that as the Congress president is unable to travel because he has been advised rest by doctors, both these rallies will be addressed by state leaders.(UNI)
