He stated unequivocally that officials at both headquarters and field levels represent the face of the government, and their conduct directly shapes its public image.
Chief Minister Shri Sai underlined that listening to people is the foremost duty of administrative officers. He cautioned officials to take public grievances seriously and remain focused on solutions. “Dialogue becomes meaningful only when it is rooted in empathy and a genuine intent to resolve problems,” he remarked.
