Pratapgarh (UP), (Thestates.news)| Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Friday said that the people of the country have understood the drama and rhetoric of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and this time BJP is not going to form the government.
While addressing an election rally organised near Vishwanath Ganj town in support of BSP candidate Prathamesh Mishra from Pratapgarh seat, the BSP supremo said that the government has oppressed the Brahmins a lot and this government has made the lives of the poor, labourers and traders miserable. “The election manifesto is a slogan which no party ever implements, so we do not believe in working on the election manifesto,” she said.
Attacking the Modi government, she said that it was not giving free ration to the people from its own pocket. This is not spent from the pocket of the Sangh and BJP. The central government is against the Constitution and reservation, she said.
Mayawati said that BSP is fighting the elections strongly without any alliance. “BSP has respected everyone by involving all sections of the society in ticket distribution,” she said. (UNI)
