PM Modi should think about his farewell ceremony: Sanjay Raut

Mumbai (Thestates.news) |  Prime Minister Narendra Modi should think about his farewell ceremony once the Lok Sabha election results are out, Sanjay Raut, leader of Shiv Sena (UBT) said here on Tuesday, adding that the Congress is set to cross 150 seats. Talking to reporters here today, Raut said Modi who is standing from Varanasi constituency and had claimed himself as ‘Kashiputra’ or the son of Kashi, should think about his farewell now.

He said the Congress party which did not even get 50 seats in the last election, will cross 150 seats today.  “I think that Congress reaching 150 seats means that Modi’s farewell ceremony is complete,” said Raut. Raut further said that the Maha Vikas Aghadi was ahead in Maharashtra on almost 30 seats and INDIA bloc will win more than 295 seats in the country. Looking at the trends in Maharashtra, the Maha Vikas Aghadi has taken a big lead since morning, he added.

Candidates of MVA have also taken a big lead in Vidarbha and Marathwada, in Nandurbar, Mumbai and western Maharashtra, claimed Raut. Asked who will be the new Prime Minister of the country and who will form the government, Raut said “wait till evening”. (UNI)
