Solar power plant will be set up in Raigarh

Raipur (thestates.news)| Jindal Power Limited signed an MoU with the Government of Chhattisgarh today for setting up a solar power plant in Tehsil-Tamnar, District Raigarh.  More than 400 crores will be invested in this, a target has been set to produce 11,14,57,000 KWH units per year from the new plant 84.5 MW solar power plant.
 
 The MoU signed with the Government of Chhattisgarh was signed by Mr. Bhuvanesh Yadav, Secretary of Commerce and Industry on behalf of the Government and Mr. Pradeep Tandon on behalf of Jindal Power. During the MoU, Shri Pradeep Tandon said that the production of electricity in our country is increasing every year, in such a situation, the use of solar energy is the best solution in the field of energy conservation and electricity conservation. So that we can establish harmony between the demand and supply of energy.
