Raipur (thestates.news)| On the death anniversary of Ex-Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi i.e. on May 21, 2022, State Government’s Public Relations Department will organize a state-level photo exhibition based on the development and achievements of Chhattisgarh in past three and a half years. This month-long exhibition to be held in Raipur will be focused on the priority schemes of Chhattisgarh Government.

Three and a half years back, Chhattisgarh Government had commenced its work under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel with the resolve to build ‘Nava Chhattisgarh’. Meanwhile, the government formulated and implemented schemes keeping the interests of farmers, tribals, laborers and villagers in its top priority. Suraaji Gaon Yojana is being implemented to transform the villages of Chhattisgarh as per Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of ‘Gram Swaraj’. This scheme has significantly strengthened the rural economy of the state. Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana has been started to provide farmers the fair value for their produce and hard work. The number of minor forest produce procured on support price have also been increased from 07 to 65, thereby providing a new source of income to the tribals. Gauthans are being developed as the rural industrial parks. New avenues of employment and income have been opened through value addition of agricultural products in Gauthans itself. Value addition of minor forest produce has also been initiated in Van Dhan Kendras and Gauthans of forest areas. In the education sector, State Government has started Swami Atmanand English Medium School Scheme, and now excellent schools of Hindi medium are also being opened. Successful innovation of Mukhyamantri Haat-Bazaar Clinic Yojana has expanded the health facilities to the far flung areas. Similarly, schemes such as Mukhyamantri Slum Health Scheme, Dai-Didi Clinic and Shri Dhanwantri Generic Medical Stores Scheme are also being operated in urban areas.

The photographs related to various schemes of the government departments will be displayed in the different segments of the state level exhibition to be held at Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium. The exhibition will be particularly based on the priority schemes such as Rajiv Gandhi Kisaan Nyay Yojana, Godhan Nyay Yojana, Chief Minister Urban Slum Health Scheme, Dai-Didi Clinic Scheme, Chief Minister Haat Bazar Clinic Scheme, Mukhyamantri Suposhan Abhiyan, Swami Atmanand English Medium School Scheme, Narva, Garva, Ghurua and Bari, implementation of Forest Rights Act, Forest Produce Collection, Chief Minister’s Plantation Promotion Scheme, Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiheen Mazdoor Nyay Yojana, Chhattisgarh Employment Mission, Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club Yojna, Shri Dhanwantri Generic Medical Store Scheme, Chief Minister Mitan Scheme, Ram Van Gaman Tourist Path etc.
