Villagers Thank Chief Minister Shri Sai for Swift Solutions
Raipur (thestates.news) | As part of the ongoing Sushasan Tihar aimed at promoting transparent and responsive governance, the Chhattisgarh Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) has brought significant improvements to rural life in Dhamtari district by swiftly addressing citizens’ grievances. This initiative, led by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, focuses on prompt resolution of public issues and restoration of essential infrastructure.
As a part of this campaign, multiple applications related to the repair of solar high-mast lights and solar pumps were received and resolved efficiently. Among them, Shri Kamleshwar Uike from Dangimacha village submitted a request to repair a faulty gate valve in the Jal Jeevan Mission’s solar dual pump system. CREDA’s field team promptly inspected and repaired the unit, restoring access to clean drinking water for the villagers.
Similarly, Shri Panchuram from Kishanpuri village had requested repairs to a malfunctioning solar high-mast light. CREDA officials replaced damaged batteries and lighting components, ensuring improved lighting conditions during nighttime for the community.
Other residents including Shri Lomash Kumar Sahu from Pachpedi, Shri Tilak Ram Dhruv from Charra, and Shri Gajendra Kumar Sahu from Giroud also submitted requests for the repair of solar pumps and high-mast lighting systems. In each case, CREDA acted promptly, resolving the issues during the Sushasan Tihar. Expressing gratitude, the beneficiaries thanked Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai for the quick action stating that they had never imagined such swift resolution of their concerns.
