Raipur (thestates.news) | The Chief Minister’s message started off the State Level Youth Festival and Folk Literature Conference 2023. The lamp was lit by the chief guest, Dr. Prem sai Singh. Minister of Sports and Youth Welfare, Mr. Umesh Patel, presided over with the formal inauguration. Minister of Women and Child Development,Smt. Anila Bhediya was also present. The programme began with the singing of the state song ‘Arpa Pairi ke Dhar’.
