The villagers and Panch received approval for the community building in their villages
Raipur (thestates.news) | Local representatives from the Kunkuri Assembly on Monday paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai to discuss community concerns and strengthen their collaborative efforts. The meeting provided an opportunity to express gratitude and explore ways to address local issues effectively.
As per information, following the annual year trend, Panchs of Tamasingha, Bandarchua and dependent villages of Jashpur districts go on a tour to different areas of the state annually with their families. In this series, the delegation of Panchs along with their families, visited Chief Minister Shri Sai. Before meeting Shri Sai the delegation had already visited places like Maa Bamleshwari Temple Dongargarh, Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Stadium, Jungle Safari, Ram Mandir and Purkhauti Muktangan in Nava Raipur.
Hence, during the meeting the Chief Minister informed the villagers about the approval of the community building and discussed about providing the necessary infrastructure for children’s sports.
Elaborating on rainfall and agriculture discussion, Shri Sai said that this year has seen favorable rainfall, which is expected to result in a strong yield. Shri Sai said that there is a problem of water in Kunkuri and surrounding areas, hence irrigation related issues and potable water projects will be addressed in near future and prompt actions will be taken to rectify the problems.
Eventually, villagers shared interesting experiences about their visit with the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister enquired about everyone’s well-being and talked about many things related to the village including rainfall, farming and relevant issues. Sarpanch of village Tamasingha Shri Sanket Sai Pankra was also present on this occasion.
Appreciating Shri Sai’s humble personality, the villagers said that Shri Sai’s personality had been genuine like this since the beginning, irrespective of his status and lifestyle he always had an attachment with his area and his people. Even while being an MP, he remained engaged in the development of the area and this approach has not changed even today. On this occasion, Shri Sayanand Ram, Smt. Suchita Lakra, Secretary Shri Anurag Tiwari, Smt. Livavati Bai along with other public representatives and villagers were present.
