New Delhi, (thestates.news) : In the last 24 hours till 8 am on Thursday, 6,422 new corona patients have been found in the country. The number of people recovered from corona in this period is 5,748, while 14 patients died. According to the union Health Ministry, the total number of people who have been cured of the virus in the country has gone up to 4,39,41,840. During this the recovery rate rose to 98.71 per cent. At present, the number of active patients in the country is 46,389, while the daily infection rate is 2.04 per cent. According to ICMR, more than 3.14 lakh tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. A total of 89.06 crore tests have been conducted so far.(HS)
