A total of 2,761 eligible youth received their allowance on April 30
Raipur (thestates.news) | A total of 6,322 educated unemployed youth from Mahasamund district have applied online for the Chhattisgarh Unemployment Allowance scheme. Out of the received applications, a total of 3,812 have been approved so far. On April 30, funds were transferred to the accounts of 2,761 eligible youth. After April 30, as many as 1,051 applications from educated unemployed individuals have been approved.
The verification of applicants’ documents at the cluster level is being carried out on the scheme’s official portal. The verification of bank accounts is being done at the state level through the Public Finance Management Service (PFMS) system. All eligible applications have been entered into the portal. The verification process is being overseen by the Janpad CEO and Municipal Corporation officer in their respective clusters.
