Chief Minister Mr. Baghel strongly condemns the incident of naxalites blowing up the bus of soldiers

Raipur (the states. news) Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has strongly condemned the incident of naxalites blowing up the soldiers’ bus in Narayanpur.  Chief Minister has expressed profound grief over the martyrdom of 4 DRG personnel, including a driver, in this tragic incident. Expressing condolences to the family members of the martyred jawans, he said that Naxalites have been dislocated due to the continuous action of the security forces and this incident is the result of their frustration. Anti-naxal operation of the security forces will be further intensified. Chief Minister has instructed the officers to provide better treatment facilities to the injured personnel in this incident. Director General of Police Mr. DM Awasthi has been directed to take complete information of the incident and to take all the necessary steps as soon as possible.

It is known that the DRG force personnel were returning to the district headquarters Narayanpur after an anti-Naxal operation, when their vehicle was blown up in an IED blast on Kanhargaon-Kadenar road in Narayanpur, killing the driver and four soldiers. In this incident, two personnel were seriously injured and 12 other personnel have sustained minor injuries. Additional police force has been sent to the incident site and the injured jawans are being brought to Raipur by Indian Air Force helicopter for treatment. (media saheb.com)
