Relishes the delicious taste of Dosa, Vada and Pizza made from Ragi
Raipur (thestates.news) | Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain visited the Sehat Bazar Millet Café situated near Dalpat Sagar Island of Jagdalpur on Sunday. During his visit, he learned about the dishes prepared from Bastar’s traditional small grain crop, Kodo-Kutki and Ragi. He relished the delicious taste of Dosa, Vada, and Pizza made from Ragi and appreciated the dishes. Chief Secretary Shri Jain interacted with the members of Mom’s Food, which operates the Millet Café, and motivated them. During his interaction, Collector Vijay Dayaram K. gave detailed information about millet products including the cultivation of millet crops under the Millet Mission in the district.
