Delegation expresses gratitude for government’s welfare programmes

Raipur ( |A delegation of Chhattisgarh Jheriya Yadav Samaj met CM Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office on Friday evening. The delegation discussed crucial social issues and expressed their appreciation for the government’s welfare programmes aimed at uplifting all sections of society.

Chief Minister Shri Baghel emphasized the active involvement of the Yadav community in Chhattisgarh, not only in agriculture and farming but also in animal husbandry. He highlighted the successful implementation of the Godhan NYAY Yojana, a state government initiative that has brought about transformative changes in the lives of cattle herders along with the people belonging to the Yadav community.

“Godhan NYAY Yojana is being implemented as a mission in Chhattisgarh. Under this visionary scheme, every village has seen the reservation of land and the construction of Gauthans. Furthermore, the government is taking proactive steps to convert these Gauthans into Rural Industrial Parks. This strategic move aims to boost income and employment opportunities within the villages, thereby driving progress and development”, he said.

The delegation included Shri Ganesh Gau Sevak, Shri Lomash Yadu, Shri Mannu Lal Yadav, Shri Suraj Yadav, and Shri Shivram Yadav among others.
