CM Bhupesh Baghel launched a chatbot for the sale of RIPA goods

RIPA entrepreneurs will have no trouble selling their goods

Raipur (thestates.news) |  Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel launched a chatbot for ordering various types of products under the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park (RIPA) in Raigarh on Thursday. The District Administration Raigarh activated this bot through Nirman and Fasal Bazar after it was created by ATMIK BHARAT – vertex suit. The entrepreneurs of the Rural Industrial Park will now be able to offer their goods directly to customers over WhatsApp by using this chatbot.

Various types of products are manufactured in 14 different RIPA gram panchayats that operate under the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park, an ambitious scheme of the Chhattisgarh Government. The manufacturing of different items includes jute bags, kosa cloth, terracotta, jawaphool rice, ragi products, bamboo crafts, spices, ready-to-eat food, cow dung paint, sambalpuri sarees, clothes, dhokra art, pickles, badi papad, artificial jewelry, etc.

Chatbots are very user-friendly and function similarly to WhatsApp. Orders and payments can be made with the help of this bot. Selling the product is simple and highly profitable for rural business owners. Additionally, people can purchase the products made in RIPA through online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
