High-level bridges, modern ‘haat’ bazaars, fruit and vegetable market and Mahtari Sadans to accelerate rural development
Raipur (thestates.news) |Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Sunday performed the ‘bhoomipujan’ and inauguration of 12 development works more than Rs 16.5 crore during a programme held at Gram Panchayat Kaliba under Kunkuri development block in Jashpur district.
These development works include important infrastructure projects such as high-level bridges, modern ‘haat’ bazaars, fruit and vegetable market, school buildings and Mahtari Sadans, which will strengthen transportation, education, agricultural marketing, women empowerment and rural infrastructure in the region.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the state government is committed to ensuring development reaches villages, the poor, farmers and the last person in society. He stated that basic infrastructure such as roads, bridges, schools, markets and women’s centres are not merely construction works, but important instruments for strengthening the rural economy and social life. These projects will bring positive changes in people’s lives and create new opportunities in rural areas.
