New Delhi, (Thestates.news)| Delhi Directorate of Vigilance on Thursday terminated Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s personal secretary Bibhav Kumar in connection with a case pending against him for obstructing government work and verbally abusing an employee. The vigilance department in its order said,”Following detailed examination of Kumar’s legal entanglements and a breach in following due procedures for his appointment, the decision was made to terminate him from his services.” “The Competent Authority hereby terminates the engagement of Bibhav Kumar, in terms of the provisions of Rule 5 of the Central Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1965, with immediate effect,” it said.
