Raipur(thestates.news) | During the Urban Administration and Development Department’s ‘Gaurav Samagam 2023’, Chief Minister made a big announcement
The announcement includes providing nearly Rs 1,000 crore for the development of all urban bodies in the state
Raipur Municipal Corporation will receive Rs 100 crore
Bilaspur and Durg Municipal Corporations will receive Rs 50 crore and Rs 25 crore, respectively
Bhilai Charoda, Ambikapur, and Jagdalpur will receive Rs 20 crore each
Risali, Rajnandgaon, Raigarh, and Korba will receive Rs 15 crore each
Birgaon, Dhamtari, and Chirmiri will receive Rs 10 crore each
All Nagar Palikas will receive Rs 5 crore, and all Nagar Panchayats will receive Rs 3 crore
He also announced an increase in the ‘Chungi Kar’ from Rs 26 to Rs 35
