Raipur (thestates.news)| As per the instructions of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, special efforts are being made for water conservation and conservation in all the districts of the state. In this context, in Surajpur district, under the guidance of Collector Shri S. Jaivardhan, the conservation work of Godkatva Narwa was completed as an exemplary initiative in the field of water conservation and rural development in the district. This work was completed under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA) in Gram Panchayat Chandaura, Darhora, Deori, Pakni and Semai under Janpad Panchayat Pratappur at an approved cost of Rs 58.81 lakh.
