Grand celebration of Saraswati Puja at Triloki Maa Kalibari Temple Rajendra Nagar on 26th

Raipur (thestates.news) On the occasion of Basant Panchami, a grand Saraswati Puja will be organized at Triloki Maa Kalibari Temple, Dr. Rajendra Nagar on January 26 from 9 am. After Saraswati Pujan, there will be a program of Prasad distribution from 12 noon. Vivek Bardhan, secretary of the Triloki Maa Kalibari Committee, told that on the occasion of Basant Panchami, the fifth day of Magh month, a grand Saraswati Puja is being organized in the Triloki Maa Kalibari temple with rituals for the last several years. Basant Panchami is also considered to announce the arrival of Holi and the festival of Holi is celebrated forty days after Basant Panchami. It is a mythological belief that Maa Saraswati appeared on the day of Basant Panchami and worshiping Maa Saraswati on this day gives blessings of knowledge and art.
