Raipur (Thestates.news), Team Jindal Panther, led by Naveen Jindal, defeated Apollo Spartans by 10-9 goals in the Sir Pratap Singh Cup Polo match.
Salim Azmi, Arjuna Award winner Simran Shergill and Santiago Marambio were the other players of Team Jindal Panther, whose aggression helped to win the match. Mr. Jindal was adjudged the “Most Valuable Player” on the occasion. The match, scheduled to be held today at Jaipur Polo Ground in New Delhi, was held at Jindal Polo Ground, Noida due to continuous rain. Players from both sides performed brilliantly but Jindal Panther’s team won the match by 10-9 goals. The Apollo Spartans was led by Captain AP Singh. Along with him, Rafus Benjamin Uloth, Arjuna Awardee Sameer Suhag and Siddhant Sharma kept the thrill in the game till the end. This was 6th continuous victory of Team Jindal Panther after Jindal Panther Cup in the current season.
