Madhya Pradesh has once again become a Tiger State – CM Shri Chouhan

Bhopal (thestates.news)|Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Madhya Pradesh has the maximum number of 785 tigers in the country, due to which the state got this status again. Madhya Pradesh has once again become a Tiger State. The forest department and all the people involved in the protection of wildlife deserve congratulations, the work of protection of wildlife is very hard and laborious. Protection of wild animals is not possible without the cooperation of the community. Apart from the Tiger State, Madhya Pradesh is also a leader in other areas. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing the International Tigers Day programme at Kushabhau Thackeray Auditorium. Additional Chief Secretary Forest J.N. Kansotiya, Forest Force Chief Shri Ramesh Kumar Gupta, Senior Forest Officers, Wild Life Board members and forest and wildlife lovers were present.
