Expressed satisfaction over getting facility on one call
Raipur, (thestates.news)| Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel himself took advantage of the Chief Minister’s Mitan scheme. To get his grandson’s Aadhaar card made, he called Mitan’s toll free number 14545 and registered for Aadhaar card. After which Mitan representative reached the Chief Minister’s house to do the necessary procedure and registered the grandson for Aadhaar card. The Chief Minister has expressed satisfaction over getting the facility.
Keeping in mind the convenience of the common citizens, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has extended the “Chief Minister Mitan Yojana” implemented in 14 Municipal Corporations of the state to get certificates and necessary government documents sitting at home and extended it to all 44 municipalities of the state. A big decision has been taken to implement.
The popularity of this scheme can be gauged from the fact that more than 97 thousand citizens have availed the benefits of this scheme implemented from May 01, 2022. After the implementation of this scheme on the initiative of the Chief Minister, there is no need for the citizens to visit Municipal Corporation, Tehsil and other government offices to get necessary certificates and official documents. With the implementation of the scheme, senior citizens, Divyangjan, laborers, farmers, women and common citizens have become very comfortable.
Many types of documents are being made available including birth certificate, ration card
Under Mitan Yojana, native resident certificate, scheduled caste tribe certificate, other backward class certificate, income certificate, copy of land record, death certificate, marriage registration and certificate, birth certificate, birth certificate Documents related to correction and shop and establishment registration can be obtained from Mitan Seva. Similarly, death certificate correction, marriage certificate correction, Aadhaar card registration, (for children up to 5 years) Aadhaar card address and mobile number correction, new ration card making, ration card transfer / surrender, ration card correction, new Ration Card APL, Ration Card Missing Case, Name Addition / Deletion in Ration Card, New BPL Ration Card facility is being provided under this scheme.
Citizens have to call the scheme’s toll-free number 14545 to get benefited from the Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana. After this the appointment is booked. Mitan reaches the applicant’s home on the scheduled time and date, collects the required documents and uploads them on the portal after verifying the documents through the tablet. The verified documents are then sent online to the concerned departments who issue the certificate after reviewing the documents pertaining to the applicant. After the certificate is issued, the certificate is delivered to the applicant’s house by Mitan.
