He said that the festival of Diwali is an integral part of our rich and glorious tradition. We celebrate this festival together which works to connect people together and increase the feeling of unity. Shri Harichandan has said that the festival of Diwali should be auspicious for all the citizens and their lives should be full of happiness and prosperity.
